I made this delicious blackberry galette for afternoon tea on a cool Melbourne (Australia) afternoon. It didn’t take long for my husband to drop his gardening and be lured inside by the wafts of heavenly aromas drifting from the oven! Such a quick and easy recipe. I added extra fresh blackberries as we both like the tart, fresh bitterness together with the crystallised sugar of the galette.
