Hi Nigella, It's an french/sardinian woman ! I've tried to copy that amazing cake but something as changes my plan: no flour ..and what to do!! Yes ...my fillo pasta was the answer and... here is my version with lemon cream and slices of fillo pasta and....blueberries ...that mine ...oven temperature first 10 minutes 160 degrees last 10 minutes 180 degree...I can't wait .. IF ...you would like to come in Sardinia I will be pleased to lead you along the heart of sardinian food not only for Holliday but in a real taste trip to discover the deep flavours and beauties...
