I have wanted to make this cheesecake for so long, and I am so glad I did, delightfully creamy and smooth to the taste, the extra drizzle of maple syrup just finishes it off, you don’t get much more autumnal than maple syrup and pecans, served to the family after Sunday lunch and yes, we all went back for seconds!
