A very different recipe but very much enjoyed by all. It was quite rich, so served it with a mixture of fruits on the side. My daughter helped decorate it with fondant icing holly leaves sprayed with edible gold powder, and some more edible gold flakes around the cheesecake - well, it's nearly Christmas!
