This is surprisingly simple to make with a decadent result. The flavour is sweet, subtle, and smokey. The nuts in the base give it a great texture and crunch. If your mixture has big bubbles give the pan a wobble then pick the pan up and tap it gently on the bench. Any season is a good season for cheesecake!
