This is a wonderfully moist and full of flavor cake! I followed the recipe exactly and it turned out perfect. Baked one 6"and three 4" cakes instead of one 8" out of the batter. I wanted to taste the cake cold, but I knew we won't be able to wait till the next day as advised in the recipe after all the mouthwatering smell of citrus and baked cake. This is why I baked more then one piece. Also planning to freeze one (if it lasts). With no flour and oil, this cake is a guilt free treat, suitable for calories conscious individuals. It is a new favorite in my family. I'll be making it again. Thank you, Nigella, for the perfect recipe!
