Recipe was multiplied by 1.3 and baked in a 23cm bundt tin. I added 2 tbsp of poppy seeds for crunch and finished it with a light dusting of icing sugar. It was a hit with my 9 year old daughter. She just demolished a piece accompanied by a hot cup of tea. Perfect after school snack on a cold winter's day.
