Delicious clementine cake. This is not the first time I bake this cake; it’s a favourite in the clementine season. Everyone wants the recipe. I usually serve it alone, nothing more is needed than the cake. But I had some chrystalized flowers leftover from an other recipe so I added it on a glaze (clementine juice and icing sugar). This is gonna be a treat!
