Hello! Glad to upload my creation :-) Clementine cake is one of my favorite of all, even to chocolate cakes or cookies. Here in Prague it's easy to mistake clementines for oranges and vice-versa, albeit oranges are slightly bigger and more acidic. The cake came out quite soft and juicy. Hope you like it too! :-)
