I really enjoyed taking part in this seasonal cookalong and the boiling clementines made the kitchen smell wonderful. I lightly dusted the top of the cake with icing sugar and decorated with caramelised tiny tangerine slices, I also dipped a whole one in the left over caramel and served with a dollop of extra thick double cream.
