Clementine cake I call it Paddington cake as I think of Paddington bear loving oranges and marmalade I often smother a small layer of marmalade on my cake for friends whom don’t mind the extra sweetness. I like baking in 5 mini loaf tins or a lb loaf tin or 2 lb loaf tin That way we can have smaller slices and have more !!
