Hey nigella I am the biggest fan of yours since i think i have got interest in kitchen. you are an inspiration. I have used your recipe for clementine sponge and given a twist. I have coated it with chocolate ganache and garnished it with white chocolate coated strawberries. Thank you for giving an opportunity to share it with you.
