Used oranges instead of clementines as they aren’t in season at the moment in Australia and a 9-inch pan because that’s all we had. I’m astounded by how easy this cake is to make and how moist it is without any additional syrup or glaze to pour on top. Served as recommended with some creme fraiche. I can’t wait to make this for my gluten free friends!
