I made this cake with oranges and lemon (one ) as I had no clementines and I used whole grounded almonds. I also made a citrus marmalade with oranges/lemons/grapefruit and served the cake with it. Elegant and tastfull cake to have with a cup of tee but I am also tempted to have one more piece of it with some brandy just before bedtime!
