Loved this recipe! I used naval oranges though as I don't think you can get clementines in NZ - quite tangy but nice, and used muffin tins to make individual cakes for a family gathering (lined the bottom with cooking paper to ensure they came out). Sadly the cakes were so delicously moist that the icing sugar decoration did not last.
