Just started following Nigella. When I saw this recipe, I knew it would be a great addition to our St Patrick's Day feast. Irish Stew made with Guiness and bread. I checked for comments and glad I did. Used 250ML Guiness and all else in US measurements. Lined up the ingredients to get ready to put as instructed in the buttery Guiness that I allowed to cool a bit. Very quick to make. Once out of the oven, it takes a while to cool. Lovely moist and "deamach"
