Guinness Cake, Northern Tayto and Fifteens - a proper Irish feast! I modified Nigella’s recipe by ‘baking’ the Guinness cake in a slow cooker for 3 hours rather than baking in the oven for 45 minutes, which only enhanced the moist, rich flavour of the cake (and went down a treat with my coworkers).
