Gorgeous cake.... I have made this cake on numerous occasions now and everyone loves it! I made one for a cake sale last year and there wasn't time to slice it up to sell before someone approached and bought the complete cake in it's box and raised money for a good cause....Riding for the disabled. I have agreed to make another for the same charity this year!
