This was made by our very young and enthusiastic 1st year apprentice, Maddie. She works for me at The Boathouse Cafe in Frankston, Victoria, Australia and winning a signed book with a dedication from you would do wonders for her confidence. she really wants to be a pastry chef and well, I think she did a fabulous job of your recipe. We and our customers all agree that this cake is delicious and will take pride of place tomorrow for St Patrick’s day at the Boathouse Cafe.
