For my daughter-in-law to be Laura's hen party last Saturday- with a touch of jamiesons in the icing! Made 1/4 of a cake box - including raspberry custard cake, brownies and your guiness ginger cake. Made 23 boxes for 23 wonderful hens. I would love to give your book to Laura as a wedding gift as she loves baking .
