We were attending a dinner party with a St Patrick’s Day theme. What better to bake than this cake! I piped the icing to look like bubbles and the cookies were made by me too just for an extra touch for the luck of the Irish. The end result was a cake that went down a treat and a new recipe to add to my Go To list. Dense, moist, well balanced and utterly delicious!
