Guinness cake cooked to perfection for a combined Hash group gathering to celebrate St Patrick's Day here in New Zealand. The recipe was lovely and easy to follow, and cake is a gorgeous dark colour, great representation of a glass of Guinness. Cooked very evenly which made icing a breeze.
