When there is an Irish kitchen party planned, cupcakes are a great no mess dessert. Guests loved the cheeky splash of Bailey's Irish cream in the icing (Cook's choice ha) and a salted caramel candied walnut perched atop the pillow of not too sweet fluffy icing. I struggle to limit making these little gems only once a year for St Patty's day and often change the topping to match any holiday! Thank you Nigella for the amazing recipe!
