St Patrick’s Day dinner, as an Irish person, married to an English man, living in Windsor, it was important to me to represent! Hence the shamrock in the icing! I love this cake - it was my third time making it - every year since we’ve been married! My mother insisted I freeze her a slice so she could taste when she visits!
