I love this recipe! I was asked to make a desert for a baby shower, the baby was conceived on a trip to Ireland so I went with the theme. I had the idea to make the cakes individual and to look like pints of guinness. The base is Nigella's Chocolate Guinness Cake recipe with a heavy whipping cream topping flavored with vanilla. So delicious!
