Making a birthday cake for my Father in Laws 80th Birthday it just had to be his favourite tipple Guinness. I was worried that the cake would be too soft to handle decoration, but when I butter creamed it and put in fridge as usual it firmed up perfectly. I also used a chocolate flavoured fondant
