Spring is in the air! First time I made them, first time I ate them. Following the recipe everything went perfectly. I just added a little water to the dough as it was a bit too dry. Rising in the fridge was also a first time for me, but so easy that I will do that more often! Then the hard work: waiting until they came out of the oven so I could taste them. Delicious!
