Easter - it's like Christmas but with less pressure, better weather and my favourite baked goods... Hot Cross Buns! I didn't stray from the recipe other than adding some extra sugary glaze to satisfy my sweet tooth. I loved the recipe and so seemingly did my office. Not a crumb was left - so I'm glad I took this picture early as evidence!
