Immediately transported back to my childhood with these Hot Cross Buns! We love spices, so the only tweaks made were Instead of removing cardamom pods after infusing in the milk, I freshly ground cardamom seeds so as the full flavour & aroma remains. I also doubled cinnamon quantity & used homemade candied peel, as it so much fruitier. Needless to say they disappeared fast! So I will be using this overnight recipe again! It’s so tasty ????
