It's the first time I've made hot cross buns and what a happy experience! So fluffy and fragrant! To personalize it I used 3 Tbsp of confectioner's sugar and 1 tsp of milk to make the cross using a piping bag. To top it off I made glaze with 1 Tbsp of apricot jam and 1 tsp of water.
