I made this lovely cake for a proper (or at least the American version of that) tea party, with cucumber sandwiches and other dainties. The cake was delicious - moist and deep apricot flavor, nutty crunch of the pistachios, a hint of almonds, and with the cardamom and rosewater, slightly exotic. I appreciated the challenge (mostly in getting a good picture) and the enjoyment. Thanks Nigella! A fan.
