After a long, emotional day I emerged myself into some baking. I did not have pistachios at home so I used pepitas and almonds to garnish the top as well as adding rosewater to the apricot glaze. It was delightful and everyone at worked loved the arrival of this cake! The silver lining that came out of a not so pleasant day!
