This moist cake was a hit at my recent Passover dinner. I was specially looking for a dessert without flour for this Jewish Festival. Everyone enjoyed eating this treat with a home made raspberry sorbet. Loved the rose syrup, really added to the flavour of this cake. Thank you Nigella
