I love Turkish Delight and Middle Eastern flavours so I was very excited about this recipe. My food processor is quite small, but I still managed to get all the batter in it and the method was really easy to follow. I accidently bought a rose jam with petals in, but when I brushed it onto the cake I thought the pink petals made the cake look extra pretty, so it was a rather happy accident. I’m also partial to eating it with a big dollop of the rose jam on the side!
