I added my own personal twist to your recipe of Pavlova. The process went smooth and easy .This was my first time baking the Pavlova so I was a bit sceptical about the process it turned out great even with my simple twist on it. My twist was, that instead of pepper I've added a bit of coconut powder, because my daughter wouldn't eat it later, plus on the top we added raspberries and bit of white chocolate as we couldn't find passion fruit anywhere. It is great dessert , we all love it .
