Due to there being two of us, I halved the ingredients, to make a smaller version of the recipe. To save any waste. This worked well and the pavlova cooked in slightly less time. Reduced some jam to create a syrup to glaze the strawberries, prior to placing on top, along with whipped cream. Scattered with dried mini rose petals to decorate. The pavlova held together well and was nice and chewy inside. Tasted yummy.
