
This is a light, delicate and sophisticated cheesecake that is incredibly easy to make - even for a novice baker like me! After the cake had set overnight, I drizzled a rich miso caramel sauce over the top which seemed to pair beautifully well with the lemon and ginger notes in the cheesecake recipe.
