Mango is one of the most iconic fruit in Taiwan and it’s in the season now. Being a local I’ve used fresh mango and dragon fruit to decorate. Added in some freshness and balancing out the richness of the cheesecake. Thanks to my husband for little mango flower. It’s a wonderful and easy recipe to follow. Thank you Nigella ^_^
