This is my attempt at white chocolate cheesecake- photo taken with FoodIM. Personally, I like the walls of the base to be high and so I made them just so. A devout cheesecake purist friend of mine (who believes cheesecake should only ever be baked and was horrified to hear that any white chocolate had been involved) was enchanted by this cake and even asked for the recipe. Need I say more?
