Ginger nut based white chocolate cheesecake. This was my first attempt at a cheesecake and I will definitely be making some more. The recipe was easy to follow, the only problem for me was having to wait overnight prior to eating!! I decided to top this creation with halved raspberries and blue cornflower petals. The raspberries which were slightly sharp combined well with the sweetness of the moussy mixture.
