Me and my family simply love this cheesecake! As fast as it is to make, I decided to put some extra effort in that it deserves and created a little strawberry garden on top. I used fresh pistachios and strawberry cream and used some of the filling to make delicious cheesecake filled strawberries on top, adorned with little mint leaves and lavender. This is definitely my favourite dessert and even my husband, who has no sweet tooth at all, can't get enough of it. Thanks Nigella for bringing this awesome treat into our lives!
