My mum and I made this on a wet summer holiday day. It’s the first cheesecake I have made and it is delicious, so creamy. I used some raspberries on the bottom and extra crushed ginger nuts for the top. Having it with Sunday dinner. Can’t wait. Our cat wanted some too.
