Patti’s white chocolate, cardamom and rose cheesecake. I followed Nigella’s no-bake White Chocolate Cheesecake recipe to the letter, only I added a layer of rose and cardamom cream cheese on top of the beautiful unadulterated white chocolate and finished the dessert with a final layer of Turkish delight style gelatin, complete with edible rose petals.
