Due to the high heats scorching the Czech Republic, my cheesecake is teetering vertiginously on the precipice of melting. That said, it tastes delicious. I used a mixture of cream and cottage cheese and sprinkled granola on top to hide the imperfections. I also had to cover the cake with notes warning my flatmates not to eat it when they came.home drunk #passiveaggressivecheesecake
