Basically it’s the original and foolproof recipe... for the first time ever I found at my local supermarket a batch of limes with an edible zest and decided to add it along with 2 tsp of their juice omitting the vanilla paste. It tasted delicious and not too sweet. I served it with a punnet of raspberries at a friend’s party and it worked really well especially in the hot (very hot) italian weather.
