I love using this recipe as it is very easy to make and always tastes deliciously creamy. I have made several using this recipe and usually embellish them with different toppings. For this cheesecake I made a summer fruits sauce topping with real fruit, lemon juice, water and just enough sugar so its not too sweet. I always get compliments on how good it tastes and owe it all to Nigella.
