My entry is the White Chocolate Cheesecake. This cheese cake is very easy to make, not being a white lover I was very surprised that the cheese cake was not too sweet . And the warmth of the ginger base wonderful on a cold winter's day. I used strawberries as pomegranates were not In season. The family gave it the thumbs up and I will make it again.
