I substituted the 300g of cream cheese with 250 Mascarpone and 50g natural yoghurt (using what I had in the fridge!). The result still beautifully soft, creamy and light. I shaved some white chocolate on the top. I placed chocolate stars around the edge which I made by simply pouring melted chocolate into star moulds. Stellar result!
