Here I’ve made the White Chocolate Cheesecake using Nigella’s recipe. I added homemade strawberry coulis to go on top for that extra burst of flavour during this summer heatwave; though I found it didn’t quite need it in the end. I made a good amount of the cheesecake and placed it into small ramekins for portion control. Here is one of them for you in a small ramekin. I think it looked rather pretty and tasted delicious too.
