Making Nigella’s White Chocolate Cheesecake was very easy, and I love how deliciously creamy it is. I used Biscoff Wafers for the crust. I garnished it with a fresh raspberry coulis, fruit, and a shard of bubble sugar. The contrast in flavor and texture was fabulous! I will definitely make it again.
